Many men are not even aware that they have a prostate gland let alone talk about it.
An enlarged prostate is not cancerous, but with up to 50% of men over 50 experiencing symptoms, it is common. Early symptoms include a need to go to the toilet for a pee more often, particularly during the night, a weak stream and dribbling after urination.
There is, however, no need for men to put up with these symptoms. Simple steps such as a change in lifestyle and use of Saw palmetto extract can be taken to help improve the problem.
All this information, and more, can be found in our latest infographic on the enlarged prostate.
