Firstly, it would be useful to keep a food diary to help identify any food triggers. it may be worth avoiding certain foods whilst you focus on supporting the stomach and healing the gut.
In the meantime, try taking 1 tbsp of Silicol gel in a glass of water half an hour before meals (all of them if possible, but definitely main meals). Be aware of any medications, because Silicol can't be taken within 1 hour of medication from the doctor.
It is very soothing and calming, and should help to reduce the burning sensation and the need to rush to the loo.
