I would recommend take our Uva-ursi & Echinacea cystitis remedy for up to 6 weeks for the treatment of the initial infection:
Take 15 drops in a small splash of water up to five times daily. Be sure to also drink plenty of water daily, around 1.5l daily and also avoid refined sugar, caffeine and alcohol as much as possible.
Then, to help with maintenance going forward, I would recommend trying some omega 7 Sea buckthorn oil capsules. These are an excellent option for trying to counteract dryness down below.
