Cold hands and feet could be a sign of a nutrient deficiency so this is the first thing I would consider. Iron, B vitamins and magnesium are perhaps the most common nutrient deficiencies that contribute to cold hands and feet. You can read more about why this is the case here.
Although supplements can help top up your vitamin and mineral levels, I would try to get as much as possible though your diet first. So, fresh produce like fish, vegetables, fruit and wholegrains should be your go-to rather than ready meals, processed foods or pre-packed sauces.
You could also consider trying Ginkgo biloba which is known for the way it benefits the circulatory system and blood flow.
