There are a number of causes for post nasal drip such as allergies which are manifested in the symptoms described.
It could be that you may be able to work out one or two things to which you are allergic, but many people find it a puzzle, as reactions may not be immediate or obvious. Pollution can also be a factor - this could be relevant if you are living in a city.
If you are looking for a remedy to help treat your condition, I would suggest starting with a trial of Pollinosan Nasal Spray. This has been formulated for hayfever allergies but is also relevant in other forms of nasal allergies or allergic rhinitis.
At the same time, you may benefit from reducing the amount of cow's milk and dairy products you have in your diet, as this class of foods can make you more prone to congestion, nasal inflammation and allergies.
Digestive issues can also be a factor too such as constipation or IBS, if so then these will need to be addressed too.
