Some suggestions include: walking outside (short or long, depending on your circumstances); taking part in one of Joe Wick's morning exercise sessions online; signing up for an online yoga or Pilates class; or dancing to some favourite upbeat music every day, in the privacy of your own home! Uplifting music does help, but so does being outside in nature, and doing exercise collectively (even if only via the internet).
