How much exercise you should do really depends on your age and abilities. In general though, healthy adults between the ages of 19-64 should try to engage in some kind of moderate physical activity every day (walking, swimming, and cycling) or, alternatively, 150 minutes of more intense exercise per week (including running, tennis, etc.). Approximately 1 minute of vigorous activity provides the same health benefits as 2 minutes of less intense exercise.
