In general, I would not recommend exercising if you have a cold. This could make you feel worse, there is the risk you'll pass it on to someone else, plus it could cause your symptoms to persist longer. If you feel the need to get moving and are able, just stick to gentle activities like walking or gardening until you are fully recovered.
