There are so many options! Exercise videos are perhaps the most obvious option. You can check out our own ones here, or have a look on YouTube. Here you can find everything from dance workouts, intense HIIT workouts or Yoga sessions.
However, exercise doesn't have to be a formal session. You could do a bit of planting in the garden, get moving up and down the stairs regularly or lift some heavy tins to work on strength.
