What to eat before a 5K or 10KIf you haven't exercised in while, are new to a particular activity or have done a more strenuous activity than your body is used to, it will usually result in aching limbs. This will take a few days to ease off but is quite normal – it is your body's way of adapting to the work it has had to endure.
