Sit straight on the mat and stretch your legs in front of you. Now bend your left knee upwards and place your foot on the other side of your right leg. Place your left hand behind you and gently twist your upper body. Gently push against your knee with your right elbow to deepen the twist. Keep your back straight and your chest lifted.
Return to the start position and repeat the twist on the other side. Repeat 5 times on both sides.
