It can also be used by those who have experienced a period of illness such as the flu or a stomuch bug, to help rehydrate the body and replace lost electrolytes.

The powdered sachets are added to water, making it also ideal for anyone who finds swallowing capsules and tablets difficult.

One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.
