Balance Electrolyte Mineral Drink is for anyone over the age of 16 who experiences fatigue and tiredness.

In particular, it may be useful for women, because women tend to have higher requirements for these nutrients as a result of hormones, menstruation and the menopause. 

It also works well as a post-workout drink for both men and women to replace lost electrolytes and support muscle function.

One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.
