Whole lemon prebiotic drink

Ingredients

  • 1x whole lemon
  • 2x tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 1 small drizzle of honey to taste
  • 1 small banana
  • ice (optional) and a dash of water to achieve desired consistency

Method

  • Blitz together to achieve your desired consistency and taste - it should taste slightly sour and/or bitter, try and keep the sweetness with the honey to a minimum. Enjoy!
