2-ingredient mango and coconut sorbet ice-cream

Ingredients – serves 4-6 servings

  • 250g frozen mango
  • 1 x 400ml can, full fat coconut milk
  • mint sprigs for serving (optional)

Method

  • Whizz the ingredients in a food processor and serve! 
  • Store in the freezer for a later date, removing a little before serving to soften slightly.
