Computers can damage your eyes! Between 50% and 90% of people who work at a computer screen experience eye trouble, including pain and eye strain.
How to work at your computer without straining your eyesFirstly, and most practically, assess your sleep quota. Are you getting sufficient sleep? You may need more than you think.
Secondly, assess your work load. If you are reading, working at a computer screen, driving, or staring at a small screen (e.g. online gaming) for hours, this is probably contributing to the fatigued feeling in your eyes.
Thirdly, consider checking with an optician, as you may need to start wearing glasses or change the prescription if you already have glasses.
Fourthly, consider how stressed you may be. When you are stressed, muscles tighten. The movements of your eyes are controlled by tiny muscles that can equally well become strained. Constant tension in these muscles will affect your ability to focus, and will contribute to feelings of fatigue.
Try taking Eyebright tincture internally, as this can reduce inflammation in the eyes, which makes them feel more comfortable.
